Sure must have alot of fires around them parts for the middle of nowhere, if it werent for parades and sending all the sports teams outta town most people around here wouldnt even know what our firetrucks look like!
Very big area , get enough miles and you are going to have a problem somewhere .
Our own district is 3 stations , 50 Sq miles . With mutual aid it stretches way bryond thst .
We also go to I -45 and Hwy 31 .
The Texas DPS , and pros from town are coming then . We get there and hold it down until the Pros come .
We had 2 deaths just last week .
Its just so big it makes it busy .
When the pros drive up , ill get out of the way if they say too .
I have many times gone 20 miles , and some much farther ,
