South Eastern VA | I think we are all overthinking this. It’s okay, we do it every winter after season is over. Lol
I feel like as long as we are putting nutrients closer to the seed/plants it’s better than broadcasting fert over top of the whole county including the ditches and creeks.
My final decision is always as follows “Whats it worth to me?”
You’ll save money in the long run for the most part because once you install it on the planter it’s a one time expense, minus a little upkeep. We can also cut the fertilizer rates a little.
