| Been planting beans with 2x2 dry fertilizer with excellent results. Generally do 60% of the broadcast rate so maybe 150-200 lbs through the planter. Adds some time to get it planted but I feel it’s worth the extra effort, especially on my ground which is all somewhat marginal, which really doesn’t have excess fertility that carries over from corn. Half of what I farm guys from I states wouldn’t deem fit for pasture.
