NW IA | Can't offer links, but I have seen some folks advocating the idea of mixing things up. For example, eat breakfast at 8 AM one day as your OMAD, then throw in a day where you eat at ten and 5, then OMAD at 5 pm, skip a day of eating occasionally.
The idea is to keep your metabolism guessing and flexible. There is some thought that consistent OMAD can lead to a slower metabolism. Being active and or exercise helps as well. | |
