You asked a lot of good questions, but as an experienced organic producer, these are the top. For success in organics, timeliness isn't EVERYTHING, but it takes even more labor and equipment to catch up if something wasn't done timely because of being overwhelmed there's not going to be extra labor available to catch up.
I'm fully convinced that I'll met more by farming 20% under my absolute max capacity than 10% or more over. |
