I have thought about starting a non profit and calling it something like Stop Chemical Use.  Advertise how bad chemicals are and that our organization is working to stop chemical use, get people to give us money and use that money to research ways to get rid of the things that farmers spray for.  First on my hit list would be pigweeds, next would be corn earworm.  Seems like the non profit would be a lot of work figuring out how to get it started.
