We are on our second Hyundai Ioniq 5. Put 42k miles on the first in 12 months before hitting a deer. Bought another just like it. Its 2wd (better range than awd) and costs us 2-ish cents/mile (7c/kwh juice here) to maybe 3c in winter (range drops by 30% or so in the cold). I agree on all the benefits you mention. Keeps a lot of miles off the more expensive rigs we own and costs almost nothing to drive. We paid 21k for a 25k mile 2yr old car that has factory 100k warranty on the battery and 60k on the rest iirc.
