https://www.eurekalert.org/news-releases/694200 Seen this old article about genetically modifying pigweed to make it so all offspring would be male. This really seems to be the answer to the pigweed problem. I really wish the government would invest the money into this to get it done. Would save farmers money, reduce chemical use, and reduce the need for gmo crops. Anyone heard if any progress has been made? |
