Can you negotiate a deal?
Is it multiple year contract?
How has it been farmed?
Soil type?
Rocks?
Can you handle 4 times the acres you have now?
Will you need additional machinery?
Will you need hired help?
Do you need bankers help? If so, his opinion.
Is it "organic certified" now?
