Can you negotiate a deal?
Is it multiple year contract?
How has it been farmed?
Soil type?
Rocks?
Can you handle 4 times the acres you have now?
Will you need additional machinery?
Will you need hired help?
Do you need bankers help? If so, his opinion.
Is it "organic certified" now?
Endless questions to consider, most of which can only be answered by you because you live there and know the area.
