Southeast WI | 85K and you pay 5K. 24 years ago when we didnt have much when we had our second baby and paid out of pocket for birth. It was about 12K for delivery and they wouldnt budge. Was a small car payment for 2.5 years. I needed you to negotiate.
So when you don't pay anywhere close to what it cost that is no better than the indigent getting free health care and those folks are about crucified on here. Who do you think pays for you? Yeah, those of us that have actual health insurance. Yet nobody is trying to get to the issues and fix this system so everyone has decent coverage.
