What is it that you want? Sounds like a whole lot more regulation and restrictions on the free market.
Regulation and restrictions currently prevent such contracts and enforcement. There is no free market in the NCAA.
Which side of the fence are you on here? Should there be contracts, enforcement, and damages paid, or should the free-for-all “market” we have now continue?
