The reason I asked, is because I need to lose a lot of excess weight. I know at least a little bit about keto/paleo diets. I saw on-line where someone took a frozen steak, cooked it 9 minutes, turned it over & cooked it another 9 minutes & it was perfect. I am hoping an air fryer will help me. I have had LYME for 36 years. NOTHING has worked, & one of the bad side-effects for me has been weight gain.
I am hoping that the air fryer will make it easier for me to cook. Legs are horribly weak , plus a lower spinal injury makes it so I cannot stand for more than a few minutes. I am going to try it & see if it helps. Thanks for all the responses. I got a NINJA at Walmart: cannot make sense of all the stuff on the internet, so I just went to Walmart: will try it tomorrow: a new year & a new day & hopefully a new leaf on life
