I forgot to mention in my farmland scenario above that you farm in a state where there’s a National Cropland Allocation Association that dictates that your landlord can exit your five year deal at any time, taking all extra revenue with them, regardless of what you spent on improvements. Would you want to see the NCAA rules changed?
