Did the perimeter fence and well programs.   Plenty to hoops to jump through and some of it takes a deep breath.  I’m approved for watering system as well but doubt I’ll do it by the program and just do it as I see fit without the money.  I was held up on getting paid for the well because I was short about 10 wheelbarrow fulls of dirt needed to get proper slope around the well.  

As far as cash croppers adding cattle cows are too much work for many.   Remember how many can’t be bothered to turn a steering wheel let alone pull a calf or work cows.
