It just cost to much to buy land. To many people with money from non farm jobs keeping the price of land up.
Yup….I still say food prices aren’t high enough. To much disposable income for toys and recreation land, that if these people weren’t in the market, maybe a young guy could afford and run some cows, sheep, goats or who knows what.
Are we doing it wrong?
