Roseglen, North Dakota | I know there is a point to this post but I'm not seeing it?
I thot any rental contract requires 1 or 2 monthly payments in advance PLUS a clause holding you liable for damages.
So it appears owner dropped the ball. Renter shd have paid for new carpet and installation and why bother with cleaning a stinky carpet.
The smell was there the day they moved out. You don't get it out.
