Western Ontario | So that was originally a Coverall building we put up in 2000 so got 25 years out of the first tarp. It’s a 40x100 and hired a guy to come in and doubled up on the posts, new top plate, new cover installed was right at about $12,000 US$ for labour and materials which I thought was pretty reasonable. Only took them about 3 hours to put the new cover on and cinch everything down, if it lasts as long as the last one it won’t be my problem next time.
