We’re a long time Gleaner farm. Grandpa bought the first one in 62 and he had All Crops before that. He bought the old F in the photo new in 69’, the R52 is a 98’ that dad and grandpa bought in 05’ and we bought the F3 in 08’. This is my first year with the S68. Dad and grandpa are both gone now but I think they’d be impressed with the S series. Gleaners aren’t perfect, but they’re good machines!! SW MO was once covered in Gleaners but not so much any more.
Gleaner had it about sowed up here years ago , they owned the self propelled cotton stripper market .
Oddly the A/C tractors never sold here .i have only seen very few in my life .
I think they still sell gleaners about 70 miles from here .
Not been that way in a while.
