Mine was getting pretty bad several years ago. I fell from the top step of the combine. Landed flat on my chest. Felt like every vertebrae in my back cracked. After a couple days of being really sore I felt better than I had in years. In my case getting the correct adjustment fixed it. Not sure how to replicate that.
