Pontiac, IL. | I have a few snap-on tools. Have used their warranty a few times. I have 2 of their snap on creepers. Probably 30 years ago, I needed some wheels for the creeper. They replaced them under warranty, no questions asked, Then, about 15 years ago, I needed a couple more wheels replaced. Thy told me "they are no longer under warranty". I needed the wheels, so I paid for them. I never got an answer why they were were not under warranty the second time, 15 years later? Anyone have a similar experience? | |
