SOIL | I assume it has CCS? Two vac fans? Does it have hydraulic or air down force? Hydraulic or PTO generator?
Those features will make a major difference in hydraulic capacity needed.
Anyway, I wouldn't consider anything less than 60 GPM. More if it's the Hydraulic generator.
The 8295R will pull it, but it will pull very hard on hills, and get you in trouble in sand.
