Hopkinsville, KY | So I have a 2007 Chevy 4500 with the 1000 Allison transmission. The transmission when cold won’t shift out of first (limp mode). If I drive it a couple minutes I can turn it off count to 10 and it will shift fine. If I go to neutral it won’t shift. When it wont shift, the light comes on in the truck. I have a ancel code scanner for heavy trucks and it’s not throwing any transmission codes only glow plug control module. Anyone got a direction I can go what to check or what I can do? | |
