Subject: Making trailer wheels?

Coastal South Carolina
Good evening,

I have two older Hardee trailers. Unfortunately with the passage of time (45 to 50 years) I need to replace a couple of the rims (wheels). My local shop can not get them, I went to the Hardee plant Tuesday and they no longer have that style and claim they can not get them. They are 15 in by 5. They are the standard 6 lug implement rim but the "dish" is set to the front edge (made like this so fender doesn't cut tire). Does anyone know of any place I could call to inquire about having a couple made?

Thank you in advance.

on a side note, does anyone know how to measure the "off set " of a rim?
