Those of you who don't work out of a shop, how do you get Snap-On Tools? I have followed the Snap-On truck till they stop at a shop, order a tool, try to pay in full in advance, they won't take my payment, and I never get a call to say it is in. I gave up trying to buy Snap-On Tools.
Google local or near by dealers (sounds like you found a less then good dealer)
