Strathcona, mn | I’ve had 5.4, v10, 6.2 and 7.3 ford gas engines. I love my 7.3 but so far i am most impressed by the 6.2 for pure dependability. I haven’t had any issues with my 7.3 but it only has 85,000 on it. I have a 6.2 with 15,000+ hours and 285,000 miles and it’s had 1 cps issue. It just pure out runs. The 6.2 ford has with the 6 speed auto is probably the pinnacle for dependability. There are lots of them on Facebook for sale with 300,000+ miles for sale. Pretty much any of them with under 200,000 miles make for great farm trucks. | |
