One idea would be to go find a DB or NT planter at a dealer, pop the cleanout plug out and measure the hole sizes. Then you could cut that size of hole and have an orderable replacement part for it moving forward for the cleanout part. They also have several different configurations of the oval adapters with the 2 tapped holes for the larger frame transfer hoses, those would be service parts as well. Or you can go with weld=in type, but those parts aren't service orderable, you would have to make/find someone to make those for you. The DB's have the push in plastic adapters once you cut the appropriate size hole in the tube, they just snap in. Only concern I would have with silicone only is there is a bit more pull/tug on those hoses than you realize, it may make more headache than it is worth if they don't stay home when you are trying to plant.
