Mid Michigan | I think there must be one giant factory in China that builds 99% of all the generators sold in the USA. If you look at them they all basically use the same honda clone engines and the same basic alternator with a variety of different styles and plug in's but they all look like they're coming from the same place. I have an Onan 6500 watt 13 hp now for about 20 years I bought from Costco and it looks like every other generator I've seen for sale at TSC, Home Depot, Lowes, Northern Hydraulics, Harbor Freight, etc. I've had good luck with it. Always starts. Has electric start. I change the gas every year. A very small shot of starting fluid will get it going in a couple cranks every time. Will run all night on about 5 gallons of gas. | |
