Hennepin, IL
Belts and gear, a round number is 500 acres/row but it can vary a lot. Feeder wheels should be an every other year deal give or take with normal use. As cheap as those are, you could do them every year for peace of mind. A few other things to watch for in that 500 acre area is the rib on the idler wheel, it wears on one side and allows the belt to start to rub on the housing. Drive gear is another one, it should be pretty straight forward. The last is the housing right at the bottom where the seed makes the bend. Any of them out there should have the metal insert in that spot by now. Looking at it from the end, it shouldnt be worn down more than halfway. Once it gets to that point the seed can ricochet. About the only other wear items are the clear rubber(ish) rumble strip and the metal insert with the chevron pattern and comb. Idk what ive done, but havent needed to replace any of those as of yet according to their wear guide.
