NE Iowa | My local cooperative board (Farmers Union, Ossian IA.) has sent out a letter stating that they have signed a letter of intent to merge with Premier Cooperative, headquartered in Mt. Horeb Wisconsin. The letter calls it a merger but it is actually a takeover by Premier (will remain named Premier, will keep same headquarters at Mt. Horeb with the same management team, only our coop members will vote on "merger" and the "rumors" are we are in bad financial shape). I am curious about current Premier customers opinions on what they are like to deal with. Prices, timeliness, attention to detail and just general how they treat you as customers. Thank You. | |
