Depends, if you cannot stand any down time, I'm not sure. But if you are wanting the cheapest cost per mile, I would say the Chevy LT engines are very good. Some have DOD problems but it's not like they can't be fixed. There is reason UPS went from Cummins to Chevy engines in their trucks and I'm sure it was cost per mile.
