Unless you are seeing resistance issues, I would still definitely consider using either a callisto or capreno post. They have been very safe overall and have done a great job for a reasonable cost. Not sure the price point on it this year with the change in the way bayer is doing discounts, but we have had great luck with balance flexx pre if you haven't been using that type of product in the past, although the price I heard 2 months ago would make it less desirable. If you are worried about building resistance from using a group 15 zidua, wouldn't all the other group 15 options still cause the same issue?
