NW IA | Very good looking hogs.
We bought a half on a donation auction last year. The butcher shop told us the hog we were supposed to get fell through for some reason and was replaced with an outdoor pig. The butcher said he thought we'd like it. It is really good eating and we will see if we can get another one.
We raise our own beef for ourselves and our kids. We sell a few to friends and family. | |
