Apache makes a good machine. Newer models aren as light as older ones. 100’ booms work tolerable on 40’ equipment if planter tractor has a tire on 120” spacing. You will always have one sprayer tire in one tractor track. 120’ booms are much easier as they perfectly line up. You do want 320s. 380 are tight on 22” rows, especially if you start spraying for bugs in taller soybeans.

The key for going through mud with an Apache is always keep the inside dual ant full tire psi and about 10 psi in the outside dual. That outside dual will really flex and flatten out and bite in the mud.
