I took a few to the locker a couple weeks ago for myself, friends and family.   The one for myself was over 360 and the rest were over 320.    Hard to tell for sure but I think I see a gilt in your pen.   Its not a huge deal but I prefer to put a barrow in my freezer if I have a choice.
