Yes you can shift up and throttle down so you don't have the engine running wide open all day. I spray a lot at 1600-1650 RPM with mine on the flatter ground. When I get into the hills I shift down a gear and throttle up. Works pretty well. That machine's ability to climb hills impresses me every time. | |
