Thanks everyone for the time to post on my question. This funeral will be a tough one to say the least. There is a "riff" going on in this family. The mother in law married a guy 10 years ago and he wants to do the funeral differently than her kids (my wife and her sisters). There has been alot of fighting and tears this past week. The only thing they have agreed on was to have the funeral next sunday. And that took alot of persuading. I think we will leave the kids at home because nothing has gone right yet and i don't want my kids to hear or see any bad behaviour from the adults. Lik you said people are stupid. I wouldn't have thought this was going to happen in a million years but its been a crazy couple days and not for the good. Thanksfor all your thoughts and prayers. Mark from sask, canada.
