Forget the chiro, get an mri. Pay for it if you have to.

Exercises:
Hang from a pull-up bar. Bar needs to be high enough to hang loose, if that makes sense. Hang as long as you can, will decompress.
Lay on your back with legs up on couch or chair as described above.

Planks
Look up Stu McGill big 3.

You are too young to deal with this for an extended period. If exercises don’t fix it, find a neurosurgeon.



What do you call someone who flunked medical school????? A chiropractor.

I had a spine MRI last week. My orthopedic surgeon, who has been fixing bones and moving parts on me for 15 years, is coordinating everything. We talked about the MRI yesterday. It's a real mess and he and I have known that for years. The next step is the pain management doctor. She will do spinal epidural infusions. Next it will be their spine specialist. Don't go to a neurosurgeon at first. And do not waste your time and money with a chiropractor.
