North Central Indiana | Find an orthopedic group and see a doctor. You can get imaging that way to actually tell whats going on.
Doesn't have to be a surgeon, I saw a physiatrist at first and got injections until they didnt work for me anymore. Just had a discectomy 3 weeks ago. I'm 36, with a physically demanding job and have been dealing with this for 2.5 years.
The best thing I've found for quick relief was prednisone. I've also had success with taking a Rx med for nerve pain. | |
