I'm thinking it's the trap. It's a double sink that T's n the middle and goes down to the trap. Judging by the amount of water it takes to start to overflow back up in the sink ( not very much) the clog can't be very far down there. I'll take time tomorrow and remove the trap, easy because it's PVC, and see if I can get it cleared. It still drains but very slowly.
