Central Minnesota | We have land that was really full of brush when we bought it in 2019. We had to use a forestry mulcher and brush mulcher to clear it. There were mainly Ash/Box Elder/Cedar and sumac. We have maintained it by brush hogging in July and I’m satisfied with the results but if I miss a year I have a fair number of sprouts but not bad. I feel like mowing pasture once a year is smart just to get rid of seed heads and for weed/brush control.
We haven’t used chemicals at all. | |
