Minnesota | I would say your pretty much spot on, as of today our local cash prices are little over 4 for corn and 10 for beans farming with a more modest line of equipment and not having to jump on the bandwagon of every new gadget that comes along can keep you farming with prices that aren’t great. I would say the expense side is hurting( Fert ,seed ,new machinery, overpaying for land)more than the price we are getting for our crops. | |
