Pull the trap off and look inside the pipe to determine what the is plugging the pipe. Oily/greasy dishes will plug the pipe over time. Check the vent to make sure it is open, When it gets cold some may freeze over not allowing proper venting. Check your drain pipe for the proper fall ( IIRC it's 1/2" over 10').
