Western Ontario | Russ, could you expand on all the development pressures you’re seeing? Are we talking “Yellowstone” ranchettes? Is it actual urban development, what type of energy and what’s the mineral development in your area? Went to Nashville a couple years ago and hit up 4 different angus breeders, all of them talked about pressure from people moving out of the cities, buying a spot for a house and a few horses and maybe a couple cows, can’t blame them for wanting to get out of the mayhem. We know some folks from Wyoming (guessing ICC would know them too) that have been telling us about all the development pressures in their area that they never thought they’d have to deal with. | |
