If you start following some of the on line influencers that promote eating mostly or all meats and scan through the comments section, there will be testimony after testimony of people with autoimmune disease finding relief on a meat heavy or all meat diet. Too many anecdotes to dismiss. Can't be that many crazies just posting lies and crap.
