The big question is, "What is high?" And that question has had changing answers over the years.

I would agree, if over 200 at rest, you got problems.

But 130???? Is it high and worth the potential negatives of prescription drugs to offset?

That becomes a more nuanced question and is very possible to get different answers from different doctors. And maybe even makes a difference of age. Is 130 for an 80 year old equivalent to 130 for a 20 year old????

It is not always cut and dried like the 10 minute doctor visit and prescription script might imply.
