Creighton, NE | So I purchased a new desktop computer because my old one was on windows 10 and getting very slow. I downloaded SMS advanced from the Ag Leader website and successfully installed on the new computer. I went to the old computer and opened up SMS to make a backup to transfer data to new computer and to my suprise my project was blank and had been wiped clean. Yes, I know I should have made a backup before I started this process but that's in the past and I can't undo it. My most recent backup is not very current so my question is can I find the data that was erased from my project and restore it. I had a similar situation a few years ago with suddenly losing data and Ag Leader tech support was able to recover it somehow but I don't remember the process they went through to do that. I am current on the latest version and also have an AgFiniti account and use the free version of that. AL tech support is closed through the holidays so any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. | |
