And the reason for that starting in 2021 was export demand from China rebuilding their hog herd after being decimated by African Swine Fever, combined with drought issues in South America, and logistics issues created by the Covid pandemic, and followed by the spike in 2022 when Joe Biden let Putin invade Ukraine. |
