If your land price 30 years ago was the same as today's rent, that would be VERY unique, almost impossible. Now if you said 50-60 years ago I might agree with you.
30 years ago land here was$1000.
Today's rent is $80/acre.
55 years ago land was $125, so still not even close.
How many debt free farmers?
