Clifton, TN | Ping working but no video usually points to credentials or services, not basic connectivity. In the newer UniFi UI the old global device credentials are now under Device Authentication, often tied to SSH credentials, not the camera app login. If those changed or failed to push, the NVR can lose access even though the network stays up. Also check PoE power levels and camera services, a reboot or reprovision often brings streams back.
